She can often be found updating the website in the morning and leading courses in the afternoon and is likely to be your first point of contact with Elements Watersports

Calum Douglas - Sail and Windsurf Instructor
Calum joins the Elements Watersports team this year as an RYA qualifed Sailing, Windsurfing and Powerboat instructor. Calum has worked with both UKSA and Sail Laser in the UK and has a passion for watersports and the outdoors. Whilst instructing both beginners and intermediate students, Calum is also taking the opportunity this year to learn more about managing a watersports business and increasing his Senior Instructor skills.

Jo Richardson - Sail and Windsurf Instructor
Another great addition to the Elements Watersports Team this year is Jo. Jo also comes to us from instructing with the UKSA and is an RYA qualified Dinghy, Keelboat, Windsurf, Kayak and Powerboat Instructor. Jo is passionate about teaching watersports to both adults and kids and has a natural flare with instructing our Youth Sailors and Windsurfers. Jo will also increase her Senior Instructor skills and watersports management techniques this year whilst working with us.

Elaine has been part of the Elements Watersports team since its inception and before! Our Web Designer, Social Media mentor and sprinkler of pixie dust to all things marketing, Elaine gives that special formula to our business branding. With a degree in Maritime Leisure Management and an RYA Yachtmaster under her belt when not managing Mountain Designs in Tauranga she can be found at Kulim Park assisting our team of instructors Just for Fun!
